Instructions
 Unpack
all components on a flat and level surface. You
will find 3 different types of wheels.
| Fixed
wheel (x2) Fix
to base of trolley using the Nuts and Bolts supplied, ensuring that 2
flat washers and a spring washer are used. It is important that these 2
wheels are fixed next to each other at one end of the trolley. Tighten
using a spanner. |

Brake
Swivel Wheel (x1) Fix to base of trolley with 4 Nuts, 40mm Bolts and
washers supplied. This can be fixed into either of the remaining 2
corners.

Swivel
Wheel (x1)Fix
into position in the remaining corner.

You
will have 2 L shaped lengths of tubing. Fix together the push pin joint
bar into the other tube, creating a rigid and secure joint. |

Attach
the supporting struts to the trolley base. You will find a spigot for each
end of the support. Place the support over the spigot and push home until
the bolt holes line up |
 |
Secure
the strut to the base with 2x85mm Bolts, washers and nuts. Please ensure
you use the spring washers supplied. Tighten using a spanned or wrench. |

Secure
the remaining two struts to the trolley with the 4x85mm bolts, nuts and
washers. Tighten with a spanner. |
It
is important to check that all fixing points are tight before using the trolley.
